{"id":3695,"date":"2017-10-27T17:22:18","date_gmt":"2017-10-27T15:22:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stilleben.it\/photo-shooting-allosteria-il-grano-di-pepe-backstage\/"},"modified":"2023-10-24T15:10:21","modified_gmt":"2023-10-24T13:10:21","slug":"il-grano-di-pepe-mo-restaurant-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stilleben.it\/en\/il-grano-di-pepe-mo-restaurant-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Il Grano di Pepe (Mo) restaurant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>From the creation of the first prototypes, we have imagined the plates of our collection being used, tried out and with food on them.<\/p>\n<p>We have imagined them on the table of our kitchen and on the table of a restaurant in our town, convinced that also a ceramic plate, with its shape and visual appeal, can enhance not only the place where the table is located but also the contents of the plate itself.<\/p>\n<p>We have tried to look at the plate from another perspective: serving food. And we did so with Rino Duca, the chef at <em>Il Grano di Pepe<\/em>, a famous restaurant in the province of Modena that has just been awarded two Chef Hats in the 2018 Espresso Guide.<\/p>\n<p>Rino Duca created recipes for us that are more like works of art.
