This cultural institute opened in 1955 to promote Danish art and culture in Paris and is housed in a unique position on the \u00a0Avenue des Champs-\u00c9lys\u00e9es near the Arc de Triomphe.<\/p>\n<p>The makeover was entrusted to the GamFratesi Italian-Danish studio, which divided the two levels of the building into two different restaurants: on the ground floor, a contemporary Danish brasserie, <em>Flora Danica<\/em>, upstairs, a more formal restaurant, <em>Copenhague, <\/em>awarded by the review Wallpaper* with the <em>Design Award 2018<\/em> for the best new restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>The menus at both restaurants have been created by the Danish chef Andreas M\u00f8ller as odes to French-inflected Nordic gastronomy, which is for example reflected in the traditional salads and beef tartare cooked in Flora Danica, and the fresh langoustines prepared at the Copenhague.<\/p>\n<p>Address 142 Avenue des Champs-\u00c9lys\u00e9es (Paris)<\/p>\n<p>Stilleben travel is a photographic collection of places we saw and we liked, in which we found ourselves or which inspired us.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/stilleben.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image.webp\" alt=\"Questa immagine ha l'attributo alt vuoto;
